You are making a booking directly with Celestial Dream, Uttarkashi.

Please review our booking and cancellation policies before making your reservation. Changes or cancellations in bookings may incur penalties as specified below.

Guests are required to provide a form of payment and valid identification at check-in.

Any services not listed as part of this booking may be subject to additional charges.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur extra charges.

For cancellations of refundable bookings, the refund process may take between two to four weeks to appear on your credit card or bank statement, with applicable bank or credit card charges deducted from the advance. The processing time is contingent on the bank’s procedures.

Terms & Conditions

Check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 11:00 hrs.

Current rates are subject to the existing tax structure on rooms and meals. Should there be any revision in taxes, the updated rates will apply.

A no-show will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.

Any reduction in the number of rooms at the time of check-in will still be charged in full.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/modifications before 30 clear days from the date of arrival: 80% of the Total booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellation/modifications between 45-30 days from the date of arrival: 50 % of the Total booking amount will be refunded.

Non-refundable During the peak season bookings for the months April, May, June, September, October , November .

In case of online money transfer transaction charges/bank charges will not be refunded.

After the initiation of refund it will reflect in the customer’s account within 3 weeks.
